REGISTRATION FOR SUMMER ACTIVITIES BEGINS TUESDAY, MARCH 27TH. 

 

General Registration Information  

  • Classes are filled on a first come, first served basis. The class fee must be paid at the time of registration.
  • We do not send confirmations unless you have provided an e-mail address on your account profile. All classes will meet as scheduled unless we notify you differently.
  • Telephone numbers are required when registering. In the event that we need to contact you regarding the status of a class, we will phone you.
  • If you are registering for any ECFE classes, please include your child's date of birth when registering.
  • There will be a $5.00 fee per change made on any swimming lesson registration.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover. 

 

Refunds

  • If Community Education cancels a class due to insufficient enrollment, you will be notified and your money will be refunded in full.
  • If you need to cancel out of a class, please notify us at least five working days prior to the start of the class to receive a refund. No refunds are made after class has begun or after the registration and payment deadline.
  • If you need to cancel out of a class, please give our office a call.  You cannot cancel out of a class on-line.
  • No refunds for trips or tours are given after the registration and payment deadline.
  • PLEASE NOTE:  All refunds are subject to a $5.00 processing fee if you need to cancel out of a class.

  

Weather Emergencies

  • If weather is threatening, cancellations will be announced on our weather line. Call (763) 497-6550, ext. 2.

 

Wait Lists

  • If a class is full and you want to add your name to the wait list, you need to proceed with the registration as you normally would, including entering your credit card number.  Your credit card will not be charged unless you get into the class.  If your name comes up on the waiting list, we will contact you and ask you if you still want to be in the class.  If you indicate to us that you would like to be registered, then we put the charge through on your credit card at that time to complete the registration.
